摘 要:為研究腐蝕環(huán)境下鋼結(jié)構(gòu)局部點(diǎn)蝕對(duì)抗震性能的影響,選擇了5 根 H 型 Q235 鋼柱并對(duì)其不同位置進(jìn)行了相同程度的點(diǎn)蝕,采用低周反復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),評(píng)估不同位置局部點(diǎn)蝕對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響,并通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬,分析了點(diǎn)蝕損傷對(duì)鋼柱的荷載和耗能能力的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明: 局部點(diǎn)蝕會(huì)顯著降低鋼柱的峰值荷載、剛度以及承載力;純彎段點(diǎn)蝕對(duì)鋼柱抗震性能的削弱程度遠(yuǎn)高于彎剪段點(diǎn)蝕,且右半截面點(diǎn)蝕后鋼柱的抗震性能降低程度同樣高于下半截面點(diǎn)蝕;針對(duì)局部點(diǎn)蝕鋼柱提出修復(fù)方法,包括表面處理 、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固等,為腐蝕環(huán)境下鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的抗震性能研究提供了借鑒。

Abstract: To investigate the impact of localized pitting corrosion on seismic performance of steel structures in corrosive environments, five H-shaped steel columns were selected and subjected to varying degrees of pitting corrosion at same locations. Based on low cycle repeated loading tests, the influence of localized pitting corrosion at different locations on the seismic performance of steel structures was evaluated, and the impact of pitting damage on the load and energy dissipation capacity of steel columns was analyzed through numerical simulation. The results indicate that local pitting corrosion significantly reduces the peak load, stiffness, and bearing capacity of steel columns. The degree of weakening of seismic performance of steel columns by pure bending section pitting is much higher than that by bending shear section pitting, and the degree of reduction in seismic performance of steel columns after right half section pitting is also higher than that of lower half section pitting. Based on the research results, a repair method for locally corroded steel columns has been proposed, including surface treatment, reinforcement, etc., providing theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the maintenance and repair seismic performance of steel structure buildings in corrosive environments
